Re: jOrgan Recorder proprietary metadata and Channel/Track Program Change messages

I am curious if it is possible to construct an element in a jOrgan disposition  in order to be able to intercept and implement the program changes (presets) which are embedded in an Standard Midi File which has a specified Channel/Track number.   Since there are jOrgan dispositions of General Midi Instruments, is it possible to play a midi file in a midi sequencer program, inputting to jOrgan via
virtual midi cable (Loopbe, for example) and have that jOrgan disposition play the midi file, intercepting the program change messages just as a normal midi sequencer  program does?   This, of course, is
separate from the Recorder element in jOrgan.

Also, although I know that someone on the forum did a complete disposition of the 127 Program Changes (Instruments and Presets) of the General Midi Soundbank, is that disposition still available for download and what is the link?  Also, did it have the capability of intercepting program change messages from standard midi files played on an external MIDI sequencer program (apart from the jOrgan
Recorder) ?

Thanks,
John Beach
