New install no sound

Ron
Have just installed jOrgan 3.20 on Win7-64 desktop.
Is installed in program files (x86) folder. All Fluidsynth elements set to default device, dsound driver. In preferences Fluidsynth set default backend, DirectSound (32 bit) but there is no sound, when I open volume mixer the program does not even show up. All Fluidsynth elements show failure in problems list.
All those same settings have and continue to work fine with same disposition on Win10-64 laptop.

Would appreciate help in getting this working.
Thanks!

Ron,

I am assuming that you are using the jOrgan virtual keyboard so as to
eliminate any MIDI input issues from your fault-finding. Have you made sure
that your Windows 7 desktop has only 32-bit Java installed? Since you are
using 32-bit for jOrgan, you should make sure that there is no conflict of
this nature.
